Excellent Machinery & Auto Supplies Sdn. Bhd.- The first registered company under the Excellent Group of Companies was established in Puchong, Selangor in 1990. Our core business is in Parts Supplies and Maintenance of Forklifts and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Over years, we had achieved significant growth in our businesses. Started as a small trading company, Excellent Machinery & Auto Supplies Sdn. Bhd. now posses Genuine Parts dealerships for the major brands of forklifts in Malaysia. Our networks had been expanded rapidly with the establishment of our branches and associated companies in Nilai, Klang and Senawang.
In Excellent, we are dedicated to provide Prompt Service, Fast Delivery, Reasonable Pricing & Uncompromised Quality Works & Products to our valuable clients. We are focused in our specialisation and we are the Total Solution Enabler to your forklifts and Material Handling Equipment problems.
1990 Excellent Machinery & Auto Supplies Sdn. Bhd. was founded by Mr. Yong Boon Kuan in Puchong, Selangor.
1992 Our service and maintenance company, known as Excellent Forklift Services Sdn. Bhd. was set up to carry all repair jobs for our customers.
1995 Excellent Machinery & Auto Supplies (Nilai) Sdn. Bhd., the first branch of the company was set up in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
1999 Our 2nd. branch was in operation in Klang, known as Excellent Machinery & Auto Supplies (Klang) Sdn. Bhd.
2004 Prominent Industrial Equipment Sdn. Bhd. was set up as a result of renaming Excellent Forklift Services Sdn. Bhd. The company new core business is in sales & rental of reconditioned forklifts.
2005 Excellent Machinery and Auto Supplies (Senawang) Sdn. Bhd. was our new set up branch in Senawang, N. Sembilan.
2010 Excellent Machinery and Auto Supplies Sdn. Bhd. was successfully past thought a 20 years in Material Handling Equipment Industrial.
2013 Excellent Machinery and Auto Supplies Sdn. Bhd. was further extended his business by moving to a new semi-detached factory lot in Puchong.
Our Competitive Analysis
A) Manpower Competence
We are the Fleet Management Specialist, which have sufficient manpower to undergo the project as per customer need. Our operation team is consist of more than 10 skilful mechanics which leaded by a Chief Mechanic with more than 20 years experience in Fleet Management industry.
A continuous development program and on site practical training is provided by our Chief Mechanic to enhance our mechanic technical competence for the rapid change of new technology.
Our mechanics are always in the stand-by mode to provide support and serve for our customer needs.
B) Strategic Location
Excellent Machinery and Auto Supplies Sdn. Bhd. is located at centre of Puchong a strategic industrial area which less than 18km from Kuala Lumpur and about 25km to Banting.
His strategic location has helped to develop a wider range of customers’ network and it also centralised the major suppliers for material handling equipment (e.g. Tractor Material Handling Sdn. Bhd; TCIM Sdn. Bhd; UMW Industries (1985) Sdn. Bhd. and etc).
C) Financial Support
Our principal banker is Public Bank Berhad. We have granted trade facilities by our banker to finance our business activities.
Under a low gearing we have granted a royalty support from our banker to continue finance us with compatible interest rate.
D) Strong Supplier Support and Authorised Dealership
Our supplier team are always provides a strong support to us in fulfil our customers need. Other than the local suppliers, our supplier’s networks are also come from Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka and etc.
E) Infrastructures and Facilities
We have our own workshop where it allocates near to our sales office. The work space has equipped with plant and machinery to facilitate our daily service and maintenance jobs.
Recently we have up granting our computer system to increase our existing capabilities for high volume of transaction. We also plan to implement the new computer system throughout our branches in near future to effectively monitor our day to day transaction and activities.
F) Contingency Plan and Safety Awareness
We always in the ongoing practice to monitor our risk in this industry and prepare to tackle any emergency by implement adequate internal controls.
The Management has imposed several preventive measurements to monitor and control our corporate risk for all branches.
The other strategic to minimise our industry risk is to increase our safety awareness in workspace. Our staffs are regularly update and educated for safety and healthy issues from time to time as and when necessary.
